Bag making machine blades cut plastic film and laminated film to length. The blade structure can be adapted to the machine, while the edge profile is selected to support clean separation of the packaging material.

Materials and heat treatment
Tool steel, cold-work die steel, high-speed steel, carbide-tipped construction and stainless steel may be considered according to the material, cutting frequency and machine structure.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
