Carton sealing serrated blades cut packaging tape on automatic and semi-automatic case sealers. The tooth form and mounting dimensions can be produced to match the machine and tape-cutting station.

Materials and heat treatment
Material can be selected from carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel, high-speed steel or stainless steel. Coatings can also be discussed where adhesive build-up or friction is a concern.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
