Overview
Circular slitting blades are rotary cutting tools used to divide wide webs into controlled widths. They are selected around the material, slitting speed, blade mounting and edge geometry of the machine.
Typical applications
- Plastic film and packaging materials
- Paper, labels and non-woven webs
- Metal foil and composite materials
- Slitting, rewinding and converting equipment
Materials and heat treatment
Available material options can include alloy tool steel, cold-work die steel, high-speed steel, stainless steel and carbide, depending on the cutting application. The final steel and heat-treatment route is confirmed with the customer.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
Share your specification
Send a drawing, original blade photo, measured dimensions or machine details for a quotation and technical review. Standard replacement and non-standard production inquiries are both welcome.
