Overview
Corrugated slotting blades create slots, corners and trim cuts in corrugated board for box forming. Blade geometry is matched to the board structure, cutting station and required slot.

Materials and heat treatment
Alloy tool steel, cold-work die steel, high-speed steel, stainless steel and carbide can be considered according to the board grade and production intensity.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
