When a standard blade does not match the machine or cutting process, we manufacture to a drawing, sample, dimension set or machine model. The work can cover a single replacement part or a repeat production requirement.

Materials and heat treatment
Steel and heat-treatment options are selected with the customer around the material being cut, working load, wear condition and application. No standard performance values are assumed without a confirmed specification.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
