Heat sealing and cutting blades combine a shaped cutting edge with the sealing assembly of a packaging machine. Blade geometry can be matched to the film, seal structure and machine model.

Materials and heat treatment
Tool steel and heat-resistant grades can be considered around the sealing temperature, film material and production cycle. Optional surface treatments may be discussed for film adhesion or friction.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
