A useful replacement inquiry begins with the facts that define fit and function. The machine model, original blade dimensions and a clear drawing are more valuable than a product name alone.
Start with the machine
Send the machine type, model and the position where the blade is installed. A photograph showing the blade mounted in the machine can help explain the cutting station and available space.
Describe the blade
Include the outside dimensions, thickness, hole positions, edge profile and any key angles. If a drawing is unavailable, photograph the original blade next to a ruler and send measured dimensions.
Explain the cutting task
Tell us what material is being cut, its thickness or section, the operating method and any recurring issue such as chipping, wear or poor edge quality. Existing material markings should be photographed rather than guessed.
Confirm the order details
Quantity, repeat-order expectations and packing requirements help complete the review. All dimensions and technical details are confirmed by both sides before production.
