Overview
Meat grinder blades work with a perforated plate to cut meat into a controlled texture. Blade flatness, hole alignment and edge quality support consistent cutting and efficient flow through the plate.
Typical applications
- Commercial and industrial meat grinders
- Sausage and processed meat production
- Frozen and chilled meat equipment
- Central kitchens and food plants
Materials and heat treatment
Stainless steel grades are selected around food contact, corrosion exposure and the grinder design. Four-blade, six-blade and specialty forms can be produced to sample or drawing.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
Share your specification
Send a drawing, original blade photo, measured dimensions or machine details for a quotation and technical review. Standard replacement and non-standard production inquiries are both welcome.
