Materials and heat treatment
Tool steel and suitable wear-resistant grades can be selected according to the paper type, cutting frequency and machine. Length, width, thickness and edge angle are made to specification.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
