Plastic crusher blades work as rotating and fixed knives to reduce plastic parts, purgings, film and reclaimed material into smaller pieces. Blade shape and clearance are matched to the rotor and cutting chamber.

Materials and heat treatment
The material and hardening route are selected around toughness, wear and impact requirements. Blade dimensions, hole pattern and cutting edge are produced to the confirmed machine specification.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
