Plastic film slitting blades divide flexible webs into finished widths. A clean cut depends on edge geometry, blade alignment, holder condition and the film being processed.

Materials and heat treatment
Blade material is chosen around film type, line speed, wear and corrosion exposure. Diameter, bore, thickness and edge profile can be produced to drawing or sample.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
