Plastic pelletizer blades cut extruded plastic strands or melt at the die face into uniform pellets. Blade design and material are matched to the resin, temperature, pelletizer type and rotor arrangement.

Materials and heat treatment
Steel grade and heat treatment are selected according to the plastic, operating temperature, abrasive content and impact level. The cutting geometry is confirmed against the machine and product requirement.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
