Overview
A pneumatic slitting knife holder uses compressed air to control blade movement and cutting pressure. It is matched with a circular slitting blade and bottom knife for continuous slitting on high-speed web-processing equipment.

Materials and heat treatment
Holder configuration and blade material are selected around the slitting machine, material to be cut and required edge condition. Matching blade dimensions and holder details are confirmed before production.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
