Overview
Slow speed granulator blades are used for quieter, lower-speed size reduction near molding machines and in selected reclaim applications. Multi-edge or custom blade forms can be produced for the rotor design.

Materials and heat treatment
Material choice and heat treatment are confirmed around the plastic, contamination level and blade arrangement. Existing drawings, samples and machine details can be used for replacement production.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
