Twin shaft shredder blades rotate on parallel shafts and tear or cut material into smaller pieces. Replacements can be produced around the tooth form, shaft fit and rotor spacing of the existing machine.

Materials and heat treatment
Steel grade and treatment are selected around impact, mixed-material wear and the required service approach. We confirm the blade geometry and installation details before manufacturing.
Custom manufacturing
We support production from customer drawings, samples, dimensions and machine models. Blade dimensions, mounting details, edge geometry, material and quantity are confirmed before manufacturing so the finished part can be checked against the agreed requirement.
